She has successfully handled more than two thousand cases with her deep knowledge base and extensive practical experiences.
Shiyang Gong graduated from School of Law, Vanderbilt University and was admitted to the New York State Bar. Before join DeHeng Law Offices Silicon Valley, she worked as an attorney for a Wall Street law firm in New York City and an immigration law firm in Silicon Valley, and then as founder and CEO for AILaw, a legal technology company in Silicon Valley.
Ginny Xiaojing Hu
Attorney Xiaojing Hu has extensive experience with family and work-based visa and immigration processes, including H-1B, EB-5, PERM, L-1, I-130, I-601, etc. Her familiarity with the immigration system enables her to provide comprehensive consultations addressing all types of immigration cases, with the versatility to handle each client's individual needs and concerns. Xiaojing Hu graduated from University of California, Davis School of Law in 2010 and is currently a member in good standing with the State Bar of New York. had worked for a well-known immigration law firm in Silicon Valley for 7 years before joining our team.
Attorney Neha Hemmad She has extensive experience in both family based and employment based immigration law, specifically in the areas of E-2, L-1, EB-1A and EB-1C. She has worked for large immigration law firms throughout law school, and as a practicing attorney she brings with her deep knowledge of complex immigration laws.
Neha Hemmad graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from UC Irvine in 2008, and went on to obtain a J.D. and LLM in Taxation from the Golden Gate University School of Law.
