Our Immigration Team
Attorney Shiyang Gong graduated from School of Law, Vanderbilt University in 2008 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2010. Over the years, Attorney Gong has worked for a Wall Street law firm in New York City, and then for a prominent immigration law firm in Silicon Valley. During her career in New York, Attorney Shiyang Gong focused on commercial disputes and litigation. She argued for the interests of her clients in and out of civil court, and at the same time handled immigration cases for clients from overseas. After 2014, Attorney Shiyang Gong began to primarily specialize in and focus on immigration cases, and relocated to Silicon Valley. Her specialty ranges from Employment-based permanent residence cases and work visa cases to investment immigration. She is also able to provide advice on compliance in regard to corporate human resources and offer premium immigration solutions to listed companies, multinational enterprises and start-up ventures. Attorney Shiyang Gong has successfully handled more than 2,000 cases with her deep knowledge base and extensive practical experiences.
Ginny Xiaojing Hu
Attorney Xiaojing "Ginny" Hu graduated from University of California, Davis School of Law in 2010 and is currently a member in good standing with the State Bar of New York. Attorney Hu had worked for a well-known immigration law firm in California for 7 years. She has extensive experience with various types family and work-based visa and immigration applications, including but not limited to H1B, EB-5, PERM, I-140, L-1, TN nonimmigrant working visas, I-539, J-1/Waiver, I-130, I-485, N-400, I-601, and family-based immigration matters. Her familiarity with the immigration system enables her to provide comprehensive consultations addressing all types of immigration cases, with the versatility to handle each client's individual needs and concerns. Her success lies in her experience, patience, attentiveness, and professionalism, which are essential to our firm's culture of putting our clients first.
Neha Hemmad graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from UC Irvine in 2008, and went on to obtain a J.D. and LLM in Taxation from the Golden Gate University School of Law. She has extensive experience in both family based and employment based immigration law, specifically in the areas of E-2, L-1, EB-1A and EB-1C. She has worked for large immigration law firms throughout law school, and as a practicing attorney she brings with her deep knowledge of complex immigration laws.
