U.S. Immigration Team

Overview

DeHeng Law Offices PC is a U.S. immigration law firm based in San Jose, California, serving businesses, employers, investors, professionals, families, and individuals across the United States and worldwide. Our team provides counsel on temporary visas, employment-based immigration, investor immigration, family-based immigration, adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, naturalization, and citizenship.

Our team members have either immigrated to the U.S. ourselves, or have family members who went through the immigration process. Because of this, we have the special ability to understand just how you feel, and how significant this process can be to each individual. It is our goal that our clients feel differently about their immigration experience.
