After the introduction of the new EB-5 policy this year, immigrant visa interviews for the EB-5 Regional Center category have gradually resumed. It can be observed that the National Visa Center (NVC) is gradually scheduling interviews for the Investor Visa Regional Center category. Priority is being given to applicants with special circumstances. Therefore, if your child is at risk of aging out, please feel free to contact us so we can request expedited processing from the NVC. Other applicants who have already submitted all required documents and received their case completion letters are advised to wait patiently.

Additionally, we remind everyone to regularly check your email inboxes. Sometimes consulates send interview notices only to applicants and do not copy lawyers, so you need to ensure you see the email promptly and do not miss the interview appointment. Furthermore, we recommend that after receiving an interview notice, you try not to request a reschedule, as doing so may cause further delays in the process.
